With local farmer’s markets full of homegrown veggies, summer is the perfect time to explore how to incorporate more plant based eating into your life! Plant-based eating doesn’t need to be difficult or expensive, but a little bit of preparation and planning is required to make it easier!

The week of April 24 marks Fashion Revolution Week which began in 2013 following the collapse of Rana Plaza in Bangladesh, a delapitated garment factory employing thousands of workers, over 1,000 of whom were crushed to death when the building collapsed. We talk about the fashion industry including fast fashion, garment workers, and how we can be more responsible consumers.
