Do you offer local pickup?
If you’re local to Grand Rapids, MI, use code “LOCAL” to eliminate shipping fees and include in the notes section at checkout that you would like to pickup your order. If you’re already using a coupon code, I will refund your shipping costs as long as you leave a note in the notes section at checkout. You will receive an e-mail with directions on where you can pickup your order. Order pick-ups are located in Jenison, MI unless otherwise arranged.
How will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped using eco-friendly packaging - either recyclable kraft mailers or 100% PCW poly mailers. Please see our shipping policy for more details.
Do you refund shipping overages?
Any shipping overage of $2 or more will be refunded.
When will my item ship?
Once payment has been received in full, your order will be shipped within one week of final payment (except in the case of a custom order, where the item will be shipped within the agreed upon deadline. See custom order page for more information.). If there are any delays, you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail when you package has been shipped and you will receive a tracking number.
What methods of payment do you offer at Markets?
Cash and credit card are both accepted forms of payment. You may also use PayPal (using e-mail christina@mylovelymuse.com), Venmo (@mylovelymuse), or CashAPP ($mylovelymuse) for your convenience.
